Hi, I’m Dr. Andre Dela Pasion. 

I am an Economist, Business Development Leader, and Digital Transformation Specialist with over 15 years of experience bridging the gap between rigorous economic analysis and practical business strategy.

My career spans across fintech, digital brokerage, e-commerce, telecommunications, and academia. I specialize in operational digitalization, vendor management, spatial economic analysis, and scaling cross-functional teams to drive growth and elevate customer experience.

I help companies modernize, streamline, and scale their operations. From creating seamless online onboarding and e-payment workflows in fintech to building in-house and BPO customer support ecosystems for international telecom and e-commerce brands like Circles.Life and Lazada, my goal is simple: eliminate friction and deliver measurable results.

I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, where my dissertation focused on the spatial spillover effects of transportation infrastructure on Philippine economic growth under the guidance of Dr. Manuel Morga. I also earned my Master of Arts in Economics (Cum Laude) from UST with a thesis on seaport facility efficiency, and completed my BSBA in Economics at the University of the East as a scholar of the City Government of Makati.

I specialize in streamlining complex operations, a skill I’ve honed while managing strategic vendor partnerships and customer experience teams for market leaders like Lazada, Circles.Life, MyTrade, and Transcom before launching my independent consulting practice.

Grounded in real-world application, I’ve also had the privilege of teaching economics to undergraduate students at the University of Santo Tomas and Adamson University.
